     Films in popular media have become something of a trigger word. People on social media perk up at the names Wes Anderson, Christopher Nolan, and Greta Gerwig, but whatever happened to the appreciation of indie films? Where are all the weird and off-putting people who may not have thought so highly of Wicked but saw La Bête multiple times purely because it's that good?
